This notice explains how Natural Origin Life handles the business information you choose to send to contact@nolglobal.com.
Information you choose to send
When you email us, you may choose to provide your name, work contact details, company, role, market or region, product category, intended use, formulation status, timing, known constraints and the content of your message.
Please send only information needed for an initial business conversation. Do not send confidential files or sensitive personal information at this stage.
Why we use it
We use the information to understand, evaluate, route and respond to your inquiry, and for human follow-up directly related to that inquiry. Phase 1 inquiry information is not enrolled in a general marketing list.
Who can access it
Routine access is limited to authorised personnel supporting our North American inquiry handling. Hong Kong and China personnel do not have routine Phase 1 access.
Email and hosting providers may process limited technical and routing information needed to deliver, secure and operate their services. This notice does not claim that information is stored only in North America.
How long we keep it
Obvious spam is targeted for deletion within 30 days. If an ordinary inquiry does not become an active opportunity or project, it may be kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact. Active opportunities, contracts and project records follow the applicable business-record schedule.
These are operating targets. They are not a promise of automatic deletion while the mailbox, backup and retention controls are still being verified.
If confidential information is sent accidentally
We ask you not to send confidential files during the first contact. If confidential or sensitive material is received unexpectedly, access is restricted, the sender is notified where appropriate, and the material is targeted for deletion or lawful isolation within 30 days, subject to any legal preservation requirement.
Questions, access or correction
To ask a privacy question or request access to or correction of information you previously sent, email contact@nolglobal.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence before responding.
